I've prepared one (of many?) Butcher Classy workshop session at the chic concept store Hutspot Amsterdam located in Van Woutstraat. Together, we'll navigate through Albert Cuyp Markt, stock up on fine ingredients and butcher an entire pig. At the end the meat is yours to take. Sounds good?
